DICOM Video is a software package which is installed in an Off - The - Shelf, OTS host PC - either a Medical computer or a standard one. DICOM Video allows recording and streaming of video or stills from medical devices such as endoscopes (Gastro, ENT, broncho etc.), obstetric Ultrasound modalities, surgery room cameras and others, and then, after an optional editing, transfers them to the PACS.

DICOM Video may be fully integrated into existing workflow, reporting system and IT environment in a way that makes the end user attention almost redundant. A few mouse clicks is all that is needed.
